There is something beautiful about documenting the process of artists creating and making their vision come to life. When photographing bands, I aim to capture the essence of the atmosphere and each artist expressing themselves through how they play, think, and feel. The environment of the studio or stage is key to the journey of the completed and original project that is held dear to each artist. The images are simply a reflection of this unique process. The band White Lucy is made up of Chase Carson and Micah Boyce. This album is recorded, mixed, and mastered by Brok Mende at Audio Tree's studio in Chicago.
